Senior Program Manager Intern 2027, Amazon University Talent Acquisition

Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations. Develop the overall program strategy and drive teams to deliver. Report on objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified with metrics. Write high-quality documents to determine project priorities and oversee gaps between teams and processes.

Candidate must be enrolled in an MBA/MSc/PhD/MEng program with a preference for Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Professional work experience is required. Native or fluent level of Spanish and fluent level of English are necessary. Experience in business analysis and delivering complex projects is essential.

Successful applicants will be expected to relocate to their team location for the duration of the internship. Role and team placement are based on business needs.
