Receiving Center Site Lead Mexico Supervisor

Lead and manage the Inbound and Outbound team within the warehouse to ensure quality shipping for users. Generate key performance indicators and reports to monitor activities and ensure excellence in shipping processes. Identify improvement opportunities in processes and make strategic decisions to enhance user experience.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Five years of experience in similar positions. Proven experience in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning.
