Define the safety policy for Heavy & Bulky operations and ensure a culture of zero accidents. Audit operational checklists and ensure the application of operational excellence standards. Lead the KPI cycle for the site and design continuous improvement strategies based on data. Manage the volumetric strategy and prepare operations for seasonal peaks and demand variations.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in operational coordination or supervision in logistics, Last Mile, or heavy package transport. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in shift operations and managing transporters. Advanced Excel and G-Sheets skills; SQL is desirable.
