Monitor and collect data to improve training processes linked to business impact indicators. Identify and analyze risks in logistics processes, developing action plans to mitigate them. Manage performance indicators, data analysis, and develop operational management tools that add value to training efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, Logistics, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Operational profile with synergy in operations. Knowledge in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement is a plus, as well as experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
