This position focuses on supporting the local operation in Rio de Janeiro by ensuring quality, efficiency, and providing support to the team of Shoppers. Key duties include monitoring indicators, training new Shoppers, guaranteeing order quality, and assisting the supervisor with operational routines.
Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience as a Store/Team Leader and possess knowledge of market operational routines. A good fit requires an analytical and hands-on profile, along with good communication skills and proactivity.
