Core Responsibilities
Support contract management and contract signature processes, ensuring accurate record maintenance and timely contract execution. Assist with entity management, corporate governance, compliance tracking and related administrative processes. Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation, records, and filing systems, while providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a professional environment. Experience supporting legal or corporate teams is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills.
