Learning Analyst

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end instructional solutions and e-learning experiences aligned with the Global SAP Transformation Project. Analyze complex SAP business processes and create high-impact training materials using instructional design methodologies and authoring tools. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and validate learning content accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in instructional design or e-learning development. Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and familiarity with SAP concepts is highly desirable.
