Execute the monthly Learning and Development plan for agents and staff across assigned branches to achieve business objectives. This includes managing certifications, induction programs, training, and reporting KPIs to the L&D Administrator.

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with experience in conducting interviews and delivering courses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and database management, is required.
