Product Manager [Mass Hiring / Acquisition]

Scale and optimize the end-to-end mass hiring funnel in Mexico. Manage high volumes of candidate acquisition traffic and improve funnel performance. Analyze candidate and recruiter journeys to identify drop-off points and optimize acquisition channels. Formulate and validate hypotheses, design and run A/B tests to improve key metrics.
Requirements
Experience as a Product Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role with a focus on funnels and performance optimization. Strong background in acquisition with a clear understanding of traffic, channels, and conversion mechanics. Experience working with high-volume funnels and scalable systems. B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
