Core Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Support. Manage the enablement roadmap and grow a team of GTM enablement professionals to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

Requires 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement or sales training, including at least one year of management experience. Must have a background in sales roles and proven experience implementing methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
