Core Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will act as a strategic HR Business Partner to commercial operations leaders, translating business goals into actionable people strategies covering organizational structure, headcount, and productivity. A key focus will be designing and implementing retention strategies for massive operational populations, analyzing rotation causes, and managing key HR indicators like turnover and engagement.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in People/HR roles supporting massive operations, ideally within high-scale companies like Amazon or large BPOs, with proven expertise in Colombian labor legislation. A degree in Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or Law is required, with a postgraduate degree or MBA being desirable.
