Systems Analyst

Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support, including software installations, upgrades, and administration. Collaborate with team members to understand application enhancement needs and develop optimal solutions. Support the onboarding process for new hires by configuring and delivering devices, and manage account provisioning. Assist the security team with cybersecurity activities and create documentation for processes.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in information technologies and systems analysis. Experience with Microsoft technologies such as O365 and Azure, and supporting back-office applications like Financial ERP systems. Hands-on experience using AI tools and low-code platforms.
