Define the vision, roadmap, and execution of the product, aligning business objectives and quality metrics. Lead complex technical initiatives involving data, models, platforms, and integrations. Design a scalable architecture and coordinate with stakeholders such as operations, product, engineering, data, and risk teams. Ensure operational quality through SLAs, observability, alerts, experimentation (A/B), continuous improvement, and data governance.
Requirements
Solid background in backend software engineering. Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analysis and data-driven hypothesis validation. Familiarity with data pipelines and service-oriented architecture (APIs, microservices, events). Technical leadership and project management skills including planning, prioritization, cross-coordination, and incremental delivery.
