Provide specialized legal-labor advice on individual and collective labor law, social security, litigation, and union relations. Manage complex labor cases, conflicts, claims, and disciplinary processes, defining mitigation and resolution strategies. Coordinate the attention and defense of labor and social security litigations with external representatives and internal areas.

Bachelor's degree in Law. Completed specialization in Labor Law. Minimum 5 years of experience in Labor Relations, with expertise in individual and collective labor law. Advanced English (C1) and intermediate Excel skills.
