IT Project Manager, CTO's Operating Partner

Own the Technology portfolio by maintaining a single source of truth for all IT, Security, and Product initiatives. Run the operating cadence, including leadership meeting agendas, action-item tracking, and vendor coordination. Drive follow-through by chasing commitments across teams and surfacing blockers early.

3+ years in project/program management or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology leader. Strong written English skills and enough technical literacy to track IT and software work credibly. Advanced spoken and written English (C1+ or higher) and availability during US business hours.
