Manage employee experience by acting as a focal point and alerting on improvement needs in facilities, benefits, and payroll.
Requirements
Experience in Human Resources processes and leadership or as a People Business Partner, with a background in reducing absenteeism and turnover. Experience in union negotiations, relationships with unions, labor audits, and compliance with current legislation. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
