The Growth Marketing Analyst will lead the growth strategy for the Restaurants vertical in Peru, focusing on driving incremental impact in orders, revenue, and engagement through end-to-end campaign ownership and 360-degree communication strategy. Responsibilities include defining the commercial calendar, executing tactical and strategic campaigns, measuring performance, and designing differentiated growth strategies by audience segment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related fields, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles. Essential requirements include experience managing end-to-end campaigns and knowledge of multichannel communication strategies across push, email, in-app, paid media, and social media.
