Execute training programs in operations, ensuring success and proposing process improvements. Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and execute action plans for training programs led by the Senior Analyst. Support the detection of training needs and ensure the execution of onboarding, retraining, and rollouts. Organize, execute, and remotely follow up on compliance with training programs.
Requirements
Availability to work on-site 4 days a week in the SVC of Concepción. Strong skills in information transmission and professional presentations. Proficiency in databases and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and AI tools. Knowledge of logistics operations and training.
