Build and evolve dashboards to track key customer journeys and KPIs. Identify drop-offs, patterns, anomalies, and segments with distinct behaviors. Conduct exploratory analyses and correlations to explain customer behavior and support prioritization studies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in BI tools like Looker or Tableau. Strong analytical skills with experience in customer analytics, product analytics, or CX analytics.
