Senior Manager, Total Rewards Systems

Own the Total Rewards Systems portfolio, roadmap, service performance, resource planning, budget inputs, and delivery commitments. Partner closely with Total Rewards, HR Global Services, HRIT, Payroll, Finance, Cybersecurity, Risk, vendors, and other HR Systems teams. Monitor portfolio health, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder satisfaction, taking action when outcomes are at risk.

Four-year university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in HR Systems, Human Resources, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, or enterprise systems. Relevant Workday certification preferred.
