Ensure operational performance of services in regions, ensuring the necessary agility for sustainable growth. Act as an operational consultant, monitoring critical KPIs, identifying deviations, and implementing quick corrections. Identify churn risk signals and take proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Logistics, or related fields. Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Experience in the logistics/transport sector. Availability to work in the Fortaleza/CE region in a hybrid format.
