Core Responsibilities

Support all talent acquisition functions for Mexico, US, and Canada open roles including sourcing, offering, interview scheduling, and keeping candidates engaged through onboarding. Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to generate active and passive candidate pipelines. Keep the Applicant Tracking System updated and accurate, and work with a global TA Team and hiring managers to kick off new positions and provide a positive experience to all stakeholders.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in recruiting or HR. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. A degree, certificate, or equivalent combination of work experience in a professional environment. Demonstrated interest in and experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Familiarity with technical recruiting and hiring in the software industry is a plus.
