Be a reference for delinquency processes, providing support to the Collections area of the Mass segment, focusing on continuous improvement, data analysis, and process innovation. Analyze, design, and execute collection processes, identifying opportunities for end-to-end improvement. Extract, analyze, and exploit relevant business information from Data Warehouse tables using SQL queries for visualization in dashboards, reports, and documents.

University or technical studies in fields related to Systems, Engineering, Technology, or similar. Intermediate knowledge of Oracle database tools (PL/SQL) and Excel (mandatory). Experience in building and optimizing SQL queries (mandatory). Knowledge of Python and Airflow for task automation (desirable).
