Manage and develop a portfolio of associates in the segment. Prospect new associates and businesses, establishing partnerships and maintaining active contact. Conduct visits to associates to generate new business and strengthen relationships. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while maintaining updated records.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Business Management, Financial Management, Mathematics, or related fields. CPA 20 certification is mandatory. Experience in sales and commercial routines, preferably in financial institutions. Valid driver's license (CNH B) and availability for travel.

The position is based in Colíder, Mato Grosso, and requires residency in the area. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is on-site.
