What You'll Do
Supervise the NOC TTC service, ensuring SLA compliance and notification times. Monitor and control incident tickets and update monitoring systems with network changes. Provide technical support to L2 teams and ensure functionality between local managers and vTEMIP.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields. 2 years of experience in service monitoring and network operation and maintenance. Intermediate English proficiency.
