What You'll Do
Manage special projects for VIP clients, designing technical solutions with the Installation Department's support. Schedule regular meetings to gather requirements and analyze specifications with clients. Ensure compliance with SLAs for contracted services and follow up on commercial management until business closure and solution implementation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. 2 to 5 years of experience in Telecom, Banking, or Systems. Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and Business Intelligence tools. Experience in implementing and supporting cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
