Process Improvement Specialist, Central Flow, Central Flow

Own capacity planning initiatives and Central Flow improvement tools. Support Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA) and speed by proactively rightsizing labor to close capacity risk. Design the governance model for shift labor levers and implement automated reporting for real-time visibility.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field. Experience in lean or six sigma methodologies for operational improvement projects. Fluent in English.
