Intern - Soporte IT

Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and peripheral incidents. Assist in the preparation, configuration, and installation of computers and technology equipment. Participate in projects for the replacement, upgrade, and deployment of computing equipment. Perform basic diagnostics of hardware and software failures, documenting findings and actions taken.

Active student with at least one year remaining to complete a degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have current health insurance. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices.
