H&B Network & Reverse Logistics Supervisor

Master the bimodal operational flow (UTR and OTR): receiving, sorting, dispatching, monitoring, deliveries, and returns. Interpret and act on core Last Mile KPIs (DS, Delay, Visit Success, ORH, EDD, accident rates). Mentor and develop operational middle management (Team Leaders). Execute continuous improvement methodologies on the floor (Fast Audits, GEMBA walks, root cause analysis).

Previous experience as an operational co-leader in last mile logistics. Advanced data analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, desirable SQL). Absolute availability to rotate shifts in a 24/7 operation. Ability to make critical decisions under high pressure and manage serious incidents.
