Core Responsibilities

Identify, document, and execute process improvements to enhance resource management and operational workflows. Prepare and maintain detailed staffing and operational reports, including utilization and forecasting. Partner with department heads on resource planning and project setup, ensuring adherence to delivery processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of work experience in business operations or resource management. Experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce for staffing requests and operational reporting.
