Project Manager Officer Ventas

Lead the governance, prioritization, execution, and control of the project portfolio and strategic initiatives in the Commercial area. Ensure business priorities translate into executable plans, measurable results, and sustainable benefits. Provide executive visibility, execution discipline, risk management, and benefit tracking for initiatives impacting sales and customer experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Systems, or related fields. Minimum six years of professional experience, with at least three years leading projects or programs. Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools; desirable experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Agile methodologies.

This role is categorized as hybrid, requiring the selected candidate to report to a specific location at least three times a week. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
