Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to support decision-making, integrating internal data sources. Lead root cause analysis for KPI deviations, coordinating with team leaders and support areas to implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations with a focus on KPI analysis and improvement projects, preferably in H&B/LTL. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
