What You'll Do

Execute and ensure end-to-end activities of genetic and experimental seed production processes, including pollinations, field mapping, sampling, and data generation. Ensure compliance with procedures and standards impacting seed quality throughout the production chain. Select and manage temporary staff, training them to perform necessary tasks and monitoring their activities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy. Experience in maize seed production activities (pollination, roguing). Intermediate English proficiency. Valid driver's license (CNH B). Proficiency in computer skills (mandatory Office package). Skills in communication, training, and leadership of temporary staff.
