Assistente Comercial | RD Station

Support the commercial operation of RD Station alongside Territory Managers and TOTVS units. Operationalize requests and assist in creating and launching commercial proposals in Salesforce and Proteus. Validate lead ownership, transfer, and direction rules, ensuring correct opportunity routing. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose more efficient ways to execute tasks.

Previous experience in commercial routines, customer service, operational support, or related areas. Organized, agile, and detail-oriented to manage multiple demands and deadlines. Proactive in problem-solving and information gathering. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
