Core Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring all spaces and services function properly. Assist visitors, vendors, and employees with requests received through physical or digital channels. Help optimize office resources and ensure the proper supply of consumables and materials. Monitor cleaning services and report any issues or improvement opportunities within the office facilities.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management, receptionist duties, or administrative support roles. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communication, Psychology, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. B1 or higher Spanish level for effective communication with an international team. Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking employees.
