Manage and drive high-volume key accounts, channeling attention, inquiries, and commercial support through an interactive bot. Execute conversational sales and loyalty strategies to enhance and monetize the portfolio of partner brands. Analyze commercial indicators and performance in bot interactions to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or account management positions, handling large client portfolios. Experience in the E-commerce industry or dynamic digital environments. Proficiency in data analysis tools (intermediate/advanced Excel).
