QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Lead the strategic and analytical agenda for the acquisition funnel of partner brokers, identifying areas of conversion loss, efficiency, or quality. Design and implement innovative channels and offline growth models to expand the partner broker base. Build a performance support framework for partner brokers and coordinate the strategic evolution of the AI tool Matias to enhance partner performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or analysis, ideally in technology or high-growth environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose ambiguous problems and extract actionable insights from complex data sets. Proven track record of managing metrics or programs end-to-end, demonstrating ownership and autonomy.
