Develop and execute Talent Management processes, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder alignment. Lead Talent Management projects, overseeing all phases from planning to execution. Act as a subject matter expert for the engagement tool, managing surveys and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and conduct market research for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Previous experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Engagement Projects. Proven track record in project management and stakeholder management. Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
