Core Responsibilities

Design and execute the customer service strategy for the Online Payments product targeting small and medium enterprises in Mercado Pago Chile. Ensure operational excellence in channel execution. Develop a seller-focused strategy that considers all customer service channels and their roles in the seller experience. Ensure value generation and incremental impact from actions executed through the channel.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics, or related fields. 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, business strategy, or consulting roles. Proficiency in data analysis and exploitation tools such as SQL, Teradata, Tableau, Microstrategy, or BigQuery.
