Consultor SAP Payroll (HCM / ECP)

Deliver platform capabilities within a technical area including infrastructure tooling and ML frameworks. Drive the full software development lifecycle: coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Build AI-driven applications and integrate AI agents and ML components. Mentor engineers and junior leaders across teams, fostering technical growth and continuous learning.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering, or 6 years’ experience in software engineering. Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA standards is valued.
