Respond to user inquiries through various online and offline support channels. Ensure that the user experience for buyers and sellers contacting customer support is unique and exceptional. Provide effective and quality solutions to users, adding value to those who use our services. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer service operations, processes, and user communication.

Requirements

Must be a student in the early years of administrative careers such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Availability to work part-time for 6.25 hours is required. Experience in customer service is desirable.
