Collect and formalize requirements from stakeholders, prioritizing changes based on risk and impact. Facilitate communication between engineering, data/ML, risk operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on monitoring roadmap and control design. Identify root causes of monitoring/control gaps and coordinate cross-functional resolution. Implement best practices in risk analytics and reporting to improve operational performance and risk outcomes.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Basic SQL proficiency for data validation and exploratory analysis. Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements for complex systems, preferably in fintech or banking. Strong analytical and systematic thinking with the ability to translate risk needs into clear deliverables for development teams.
