Organize the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring compliance with processes and monitoring action plans. Act as the main communication channel between sales representatives and the Planning and Commercial Strategy area, translating field issues into business insights. Monitor sales funnels and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements.

Bachelor's degree required. Strong analytical skills to contribute to improvements in commercial journeys and performance tracking. Experience in sales training and development is preferred.
