Core Responsibilities

This role involves owning general ledger accounting processes for the P&L of the Clinical Solutions organization across LATAM, ensuring accounting policies are documented, and overseeing Treasury and AP functions alongside GL accounting for multiple business units. Key duties include reviewing complex entries, managing balance sheet reconciliations, finalizing corporate budgets, and providing spend analysis commentary to corporate departments.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and an Accounting Designation preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and proven analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to partner with executive leadership and strong Spanish language skills for local communication.
