Diagnose training needs in collaboration with leadership, connect operational indicators to training needs, and develop action plans for improvement. Create, extract, and structure dashboards and reports in Looker and Grid to support decision-making. Develop process automations using n8n and Verdi Flow to optimize training routines and support tool creation for operations. Ensure the execution of training programs and act as a facilitator to align tools with operational reality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in operational training or projects, data analysis, and technology. Desired experience in indirect leadership and coordination across multiple locations. Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and knowledge or interest in automations using n8n and Verdi Flow.
