Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Automation. Experience in industrial maintenance execution, control, and planning, as well as contract management and outsourced services. Knowledge of maintenance management systems and performance indicators. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and budget planning.
