Telesales Supervisor

Ensure the achievement of sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Supervise and coordinate a team of sales agents. Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, quality, closure, and sales per hour. Analyze operational KPIs and ensure compliance with scripts, processes, and policies.

High school diploma required. Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising sales teams in a call center environment. Experience in managing KPIs and coaching teams is essential.

Base salary of $15,000 MXN per month with an uncapped bonus averaging between $10,000 to $15,000 monthly. Additional benefits include major medical expenses insurance, life insurance, 20 vacation days, and a 25% vacation bonus.
