Picker

Collect products within the store following the order of the request with speed and precision. Pack correctly while ensuring product quality. Coordinate with your team to ensure smooth operation without pauses. Maintain your work area organized and stocked.

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in cold sales, call centers, or similar commercial roles). Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented attitude and passion for exceeding goals. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRMs is desirable.
