Travel for technical visits and monitor emergency, corrective, and preventive services while managing failure analysis at sites. Oversee work and receipt of projects, address relocations and expansions, and negotiate preventive downtime planning. Create and update maintenance plans and procedures, track action plan statuses, and develop maintenance structures and equipment criticality matrices.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Mechatronics, Automation, Production Engineering, or Architecture. Experience with budget planning, operational and capital expenses, asset management, structured maintenance processes, and failure analysis in industrial or logistics companies. Knowledge of maintenance software like SAP and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
