Manage and lead a last-mile operational center (SVC). Ensure compliance with service level agreements for processing and dispatching packages. Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose improvements. Evaluate current and future capacity of the center to propose scaling plans.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience in transportation and logistics operations. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to coordinate tasks/projects across multiple internal areas.
